I loved working with Nicole! It’s been a couple of months since the program ended but I’m still trying something new every week! I’m still loving the celery juice and having fun with recipes! I loved how the program was self-paced for our busy schedules. I really enjoyed the modules/videos and gained so much knowledge about food! The group discussions were helpful and made me feel that I was not alone. I expected to learn just about food but ended up learning a lot about myself! As women and I’m sure even men, I think we’re so hard on ourselves and Nicole teaches you to celebrate the small victories and it’s okay not to be perfect! I would recommend this program to everyone!
